Everything else here is self-serve — you can be running in ten minutes without talking to anybody. These three things are agreed with you instead.
- Your own rate Below the published $0.50 per thousand, set against the volume you actually run. One agreed rate covers every endpoint, single-object reads included. The floor is $0.30 per thousand — that is where a result stops covering what it costs us, not an opening offer.
- Reserved capacity Higher concurrency and request limits, held for your account. A busy hour elsewhere in the pool is not your problem.
- 24/7 support A named contact and a response time written into the contract, not a form and a queue. Runs happen at three in the morning, so answers should too.
Worth asking at
About 1,000,000 results a month — roughly $500 at the published rate. Below that, the published rate is already cheaper: no minimum to escape, no seat fee, and every endpoint is already included. Ask anyway if your case is unusual. We would rather tell you than have you guess.
What stays the same: the same API, the same keys, the same credits and the same ledger. An agreement changes your rate, never your integration.
